Which TYPO3 version still gets updates.
Every LTS version receives three years of free updates. After that, TYPO3 GmbH offers paid Extended Long Term Support (ELTS). As of October 2026.

How long does a TYPO3 project take?
A company website is usually live in ten to sixteen weeks. Larger portals with migration and integrations take longer.
Do I need to update my TYPO3 version?
Yes, as soon as free support ends. Without security updates the risk of attacks rises significantly. Since May 2026, TYPO3 12 only receives paid ELTS updates.
Can you switch from WordPress to TYPO3 or vice versa?
Yes. We migrate content in both directions and first check which system really fits better. A redirect plan protects your rankings.
Where is a TYPO3 website hosted?
TYPO3 runs on classic PHP hosting with a database. We recommend specialized hosts with staging, backups and current PHP versions and can set up hosting for you.
Can we maintain content ourselves?
Yes. Editors work with prepared content elements and receive training. Rights and approvals let you control exactly who can change what.
Is TYPO3 good for multilingual websites?
Yes, it is one of its greatest strengths. Languages and country versions are built into the core and can be managed without extra plugins.
