A website that matches the quality of the venues
ZOO Event hires out and runs events at some of Cologne’s most exceptional venues. The old website did not do them justice. We completely relaunched the website and developed a new, professional premium design that finally reflects the quality of the spaces, catering and service. Clear typography, generous imagery, a restrained colour palette and a structure that guides visitors logically through occasions, venues and dining options, rather than leaving them to search.
The challenge
Event enquiries rarely happen on impulse. Prospective clients want to know what a space feels like, how many guests it can accommodate and roughly what an evening will cost before they pick up the phone. The new website addresses exactly this gap in two ways. Event planner: We built a tool that lets prospective clients provide the key details in just a few steps: the occasion, number of guests, timeframe and requirements. Based on this information, the system immediately suggests suitable venues from the portfolio. Prospective clients get a clear starting point straight away, while the ZOO Event team receives all the information needed for a sales conversation at the same time. A vague enquiry becomes a qualified lead. 3D venue tours: We created interactive 3D tours of the key venues. Prospective clients can explore spaces, viewpoints and details at their own pace, directly in their browser, without an on-site appointment. This noticeably shortens the decision-making process and helps pre-qualify enquiries, as everyone knows what to expect in advance.
