Start an enquiryLooking for an agency to create professional video call backgrounds for you? Based in Cologne, Maluure develops video call backgrounds with sound strategy, considered design and technical precision – as a one-stop shop for medium-sized businesses.
We handle the entire process: briefing, concept, design, final artwork and delivery of the finished files. You get video call backgrounds with the quality your brand deserves – without the friction of coordinating multiple suppliers.
As a branding and digital agency in Cologne, we work with businesses that see video call backgrounds not as an isolated project, but as part of a consistent brand presence. We always consider video call backgrounds in the context of your entire corporate identity – across all touchpoints, both digital and physical.
Rather than operating as a traditional advertising agency, we focus on close collaboration, precision and long-term partnerships. You have a dedicated point of contact, clear processes and work that fits seamlessly into your brand system.
Video call backgrounds at Maluure start from 499 € (excluding VAT). The final price depends on the scope, complexity and any additional services required.
In a short initial consultation, we clarify your objectives, scope and timeline – then you receive a binding quote with no hidden costs. Printing or production costs are not included; on request, we can recommend vetted printers and production partners.
In every video call, what is behind you shapes the impression you and your team make. We design backgrounds that convey your brand in a subtle, professional way – instead of a cluttered office or a generic stock background.
A consistent look across sales, management, recruitment and support. Sales pitches, job interviews and client calls instantly look more professional – without anyone having to configure anything.
We deliver several versions: subtle for sales meetings, prominently branded for webinars and events, and neutral for internal calls. On request, we can include a logo, tagline or occasion-specific branding (e.g. trade fair, launch, webinar).
The right resolution, suitable clear space around your silhouette, and mirrored and non-mirrored versions – so logos and text display correctly even in self-view.
A set of several versions in your corporate design, optimised for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex. Delivered as digital-only JPG/PNG files at native resolution – ready to use.
Sales organisations, management teams, consultancies, agencies and recruitment teams that want to look professional in video calls – without worrying about their living room in the background.
Briefing → selection of versions → design → one revision round → final delivery. Standard production time: 5–7 working days.
