In a short initial consultation, we establish your objectives, scope and timeframe – then provide a binding quote with no hidden costs. Printing or production costs are not included; on request, we can recommend vetted printers and production partners.

Inconsistent employee portraits are a common corporate identity issue: a smartphone selfie here, a studio shot there, an old LinkedIn snapshot elsewhere. We solve this in a single day – photographing every employee with the same setup, lighting and look. Consistent across your website, careers page, LinkedIn and print materials.

We set up a mobile portrait studio at your premises – backdrop, lighting, reflectors and camera equipment. We photograph each person in several poses and with different expressions. You receive one retouched main portrait per employee, along with a selection of alternatives.

A fixed fee of 499 € for setup, equipment, lighting and the shoot (up to 8 hours on site). Plus a travel fee based on the journey required. Plus 49 € per person for selection and final retouching of the main portrait. You only pay for what you actually receive – without unnecessary flat fees.

Clean, understated editorial portraits – no artificial studio look, no glamour retouching. We work with natural skin texture, subtle colours and a visual style that will still work in 5 years. A consistent backdrop (neutral or in your brand colour), or on location against a wall.

We allow around 15–20 minutes of shooting per person. We can comfortably photograph 20–30 people in a day. We take care of scheduling; you just need to send a list of time slots.

Each selected portrait receives natural retouching: skin tone, minor distractions, colour balancing and exposure adjustments. No alteration of features, no conventional beauty retouching. Black-and-white versions are also available on request.

All final portraits are supplied in two resolutions (web and print), as JPG files, with transparent backgrounds available on request. Delivery is usually 10–14 working days after the shoot.
